To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package so we can resolve the problem immediately.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of the natural Larimar, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. That's also to protect yourself because you'll always get a freshly mined, by the outer world untouched Larimar, that has been waiting here just for you. We think this is the best policy.
