We always declare the true contents of the package along with the proper tariff code and unless you want otherwise, we ship the package at a base cost value.

Please be advised that we cannot provide compensations or exchanges for any items lost, seized, or damaged during customs inspections.

As Larimar Miner products are generally very valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact us immediately.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, we will consider this your acceptance of the package, quality, quantity, and the product itself. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package so we can resolve the problem immediately.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of the natural Larimar, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. That's also to protect yourself because you'll always get a freshly mined, by the outer world untouched Larimar, that has been waiting here just for you. We think this is the best policy.
