Corrections policy

Accuracy improves when readers can challenge a statement and see what changed. Larimar Miner corrects factual errors, misleading wording, broken attributions, translation problems and material omissions.

Send:

• Page URL
• Exact passage
• Nature of the problem
• Supporting source or evidence
• Your name and affiliation, if you wish to provide them
• Whether the issue involves privacy, safety or legal urgency

Use the contact form subject “Correction.”

Spelling, grammar, formatting or a broken link that does not alter meaning. Minor edits may be made without a public correction note.

Wording is improved to prevent a reasonable misunderstanding without changing the underlying conclusion. Significant clarifications receive a note.

A material statement was wrong or unsupported. The page receives a dated correction note explaining the previous wording and the correction.

New evidence changes an interpretation, section or conclusion. The page receives a revision note and an updated substantive-review date.

Content may be removed when it is fundamentally unreliable, unlawfully published, unsafe or impossible to correct adequately. Where appropriate, the URL will retain a notice explaining the action.

English and German pages are linked but independently reviewed. A correction in one language triggers review of the other. Do not assume the same error reproduced itself with perfect bilingual discipline—although it often tries.

Where evidence supports more than one interpretation, we may add context or competing sources rather than selecting one view as fact. Commercial disagreement with a grade or valuation is handled under the stated methodology and evidence, not by deleting unwelcome opinions.
