Created as a custom order, this one-of-a-kind 14K gold medallion pendant features AAA Top Grade and Fractal Larimar from Barahona, Dominican Republic. At 310 carats (62 g), it has remarkable presence—an astonishing blue hue, a perfectly clean stone and excellent workmanship.
