About this specimen

The Larimar Protector is a remarkable 48.5 g palmstone shaped from a rare combination of Fractal Larimar, Kiwi Larimar and Super Blue Larimar. Classic Larimar patterning branches into extraordinary fractal detail, framed by the deep blue hues that distinguish Super Blue Larimar. Look closer and the Kiwi Larimar reveals rare metallic inclusions—tiny natural formations that resemble distant galaxies.

Found in the same vein as two companion palmstones, this entirely unique stone comes from our Blue Dragon mine in Barahona, Dominican Republic. Its nuanced colour and natural pattern look like a piece of the ocean captured in stone.

The smooth palm-stone form is discreetly sized to carry yet substantial and reassuring in the hand. Named the Protector, it carries symbolism of tranquillity, balance and protection without losing sight of the stone itself. It could also become a stunning pendant or a wonderful display stone for a desk.
