About this specimen

A perfect, rare Super Blue Larimar / Fractal Larimar geode from Barahona, Dominican Republic, alive with wonderful patterns and rich blue hues. It was gently cut and mirror-polished on both sides, revealing a stunning interior full of healthy Larimar.

At 2,438 grams, this is one of the biggest geodes of this quality we have ever seen. It makes an amazing meditation stone and an exceptional statement display piece, while also offering exciting possibilities for further processing.

This is a superb example of both Super Blue and Fractal Larimar—and it is very rare. In Larimar Miner’s expert view, a geode with this combination of scale, quality and rarity has strong potential to appreciate in value.
