About this specimen

Deep blue hues and fantastic Larimar patterns make this Rare Super Blue Larimar semi-geode a spectacular discovery. Its natural shape is not a perfect geode-like sphere; instead, it forms two characterful half-moon pieces. That unexpected form is exactly what makes it so memorable.

Gently cut and mirror-polished, the Larimar comes from Barahona, Dominican Republic. At a hefty 1623 grams, it has the scale and presence of a true Statement Piece. It grew on me, I love it—and I am sure you will fall in love with it too.
